On Sunday, 4 October 2015 the New Cut Heritage group organized a historical walk around Woolston starting at The Dog and Partridge pointing out items of interest along the way.  The soap workers cottages, finger post, toll bar cottage, greyhound racing track, lido, Woolston Hall, mill pond and many other parts of Woolston that have long been forgotten.
